PLEASE NOTE: That the offer to which these terms and conditions apply is for matching a price and not for beating a price.
Where a request meets the following terms and conditions we will meet the ‘price-match’
1. The price-match guarantee only applies where the match is truly like-for-like. This means; still available to book immediately (not on request), booked from the internet, with the same departure airport, destination airport, flight class, accommodation, occupancy basis, excursions (if featured), dates, departure and arrival times, and board basis.
2. The lead passenger should send the price match request to pricematch@teletext.co.uk within 24 hours of the time of purchase, along with proof of purchase of the holiday in the form of an order confirmation, plus a screen shot of the holiday product both on Teletext and the site where you have seen it cheaper. The price match guarantee refund and/or confirmation will be sent to the address of the lead passenger.
3. The price-match guarantee applies to holiday packages found on Teletext Holidays only. It doesn’t apply to flight only, accommodation only, cruise, ski, or city breaks.
4. If car hire is included in the package, the car size and any applicable insurance must be the same for the price-match guarantee to apply.
5. The price–match guarantee does not apply to sale items, promotions, discounted stock, where air miles vouchers, coupons or other similar incentives are used.
6. Prices are compared on product price and will include the product price plus all handling and delivery charges for the purposes of calculating the competitor's total price.
7. The price-match guarantee does not apply to groups of more than 6 people.
8. The price-match guarantee only applies to purchases made from the UK, in the same currency.
9. Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for the processing of your refund which will be credited as a separate transaction on the credit and/or debit card you have used for payment.
10. In order for us to honour the price-match guarantee and to avoid potential abuse, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at our discretion and we will at all times act reasonably and in good faith. We therefore reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above criteria.
11. The price match guarantee is subject to change at any time.
