October to April is the best time to surf in Morocco with December, January and February being the most popular time. Exposed to the Atlantic Ocean, Morocco’s coast has lots of northwest-to-north swell which can reach up to 5m during these months. The Northwest-facing coast around Casablanca and Rabat gets more swell than the southwest-facing points as Anchor Point near Taghazout.
Hassan II Mosque, Casablanca
This is the 7th largest mosque in the world and in Africa and also the tallest in the world! You can visit the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, but you should be prepared for this trip. Even though it's one of few mosques in Morocco that's open to non-Muslims, you are unable to just turn up. It is only possible to visit the mosque through a guided tour and also outside of prayer times. Remember to wear clothes that cover your shoulders, chest and long enough to reach your knees. Shorts and short shirts are not allowed in the Mosque.
Hot Air Balloon Ride over Marrakech
Breath-taking views with endless landscapes and only the breeze of winds this is an experience of a lifetime. When booking a balloon ride you will normally be picked up from your hotel or nearest pickup point, then taken to a beautiful tent for breakfast.
