Car parking charges vary according to the duration and type of parking you choose, but a week’s fee can range between £29 and £57. It offers a variety of car parking options, depending on your needs. There are mid-stay, long stay, terminal and budget parking facilities. The terminal parking service comes in 2 varieties: surface outdoor car park and multi-storey car park, just outside the terminal building. For hassle-free parking, drive up to the terminal and opt for valet parking. For disabled travellers, they offers blue-badge parking facilities, with wider parking bays.

It is located approximately 12km west of the city centre and is conveniently accessed by bus, car, taxi, train and tram. A number of buses to central Edinburgh and other local destinations stop outside the terminal. Airlink 100 buses run every 10 minutes between the airport and Waverley Bridge, which is close to Edinburgh’s main bus and rail stations. The night bus N22 runs from the airport to the city centre. Trams run every 7 minutes and take you to Edinburgh city centre with connections to rail stations and local bus services. You can reach the city’s main railway stations, Waverley and Haymarket, by taxi or a bus within 30 minutes from the airport. Alternatively, you can opt for car rentals or taxi service.
