How do I get to London Airports?
The Heathrow Airport is 23km west of central London, Gatwick is around 40km and Luton almost 45km from the city centre. A little further are Stansted (50km) and Southend (68km). Heathrow is well-connected by the Underground metro (Piccadilly line), train (Heathrow Express), car, taxi, bus and coaches. Gatwick Airport is accessed by Gatwick Express, Southern and Thameslink trains. The National Express coaches connect Gatwick, Stansted and Luton from various parts of London. The quickest way to reach Stansted Airport is the Stansted Express train. Luton Parkway is the nearest train station to Luton Airport and is accessed by East Midlands and Thameslink trains. The Southend Airport can be reached by pre-booked taxis and Greater Anglia trains.
