They charge £10 (free for children below 15 years) as Airport Development Fee from all passengers and they use it to spend it towards improving infrastructure and upgrading passenger facilities. The fee can be paid by cash or credit/debit cards at the payment machines located adjacent to the Ticket Desk. Online payment option is also available. However, if your flight is cancelled, you can ask for a refund.

It is well-connected by car, bus, train, bicycle and motorbike and is 15-minute drive from the city centre and just 20 minutes from Norwich railway station (6.5 km away). The Park & Ride bus service brings you directly to the airport from the city centre. The airport bus stop served by local buses is just a 2-minute walk from the terminal. There are a number of taxi and car rental companies available when travelling to and from the airport.

• A dedicated business zone in the departure lounge caters to business travellers with free Wi-Fi, printer and workstations.
• They make special arrangement for travellers with reduced mobility, on requests made at least 48 hours prior to travelling.
