How our Price Match works

Please call one of our helpful Sales Team members on 0330 088 8899 with proof of the lower price. They can verify the price you found and ensure it is matched on your Teletext Holidays booking.

To be eligible for our Price Match Promise, the booking must be for a package that includes both flights and hotel accommodation. We cannot provide matches for hotel-only or flight-only bookings. The competitor's package must be identical, meaning it should have the same travel dates, flight details, hotel, room type, board basis, any extras such as transfers, car hire and other package components.

You must provide proof of the lower price, which should include a personalised quote showing the full details including price of the competitor’s package. Please be aware that, due to the fast-moving nature of the market, we are unable to honour any quote older than 2 hours.

The price must be publicly available to all customers and should not be reduced through a voucher, loyalty program, or any other discount. Furthermore, the cancellation terms for the booking must be consistent with ours, we cannot match a non-refundable room type with a refundable one.

This Price Match Promise excludes existing bookings and the package holiday you want to match must include all quoted extras, such as booking or admin fees. Our agent will then verify the quote’s availability and booking conditions on the same day.

If we can confirm that the holiday is still available at the price quoted by the alternative provider, we will match it. Please note, The Price Match Promise only applies when your holiday details are identical to those quoted by the alternative provider, available for immediate purchase, and subject to the same terms of sale.

The Price Match is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Teletext Holidays discounts or offers. We reserve the right to decline any claim that cannot be verified to our satisfaction, in accordance with the conditions stated above.
