Your Guide to Beaches in Dubai
Dubai - the ultra-modern and yet traditional city whose opulent skyline rises out of the seemingly lifeless and arid terrain of the Arabian Desert and whose manmade islands stretch out into the Arabian Gulf, has made it to our bucket list.
Now all we must do is decide how to spend our time when we get there. Or not. Why can’t we just do nothing but lie on the beach? Why can we not just enjoy this timeless indulgence? This simple holiday pastime taps into our sense of relaxation and escapism.
As we lay ourselves down on the sun-kissed shores, we embrace the sun as our companion, casting a warm and radiant glow on our skin. Its gentle touch invites a leisurely drift between wakefulness, napping, snoozing, and daydreaming. The sounds of the ocean’s waves gently tapping the shoreline, the scent of salt in the air and the ebb and flow of the tide create a harmonious beachside soundtrack and the scene is set.
Why can’t we just stay here? We absolutely can.
And Dubai has several beaches and beach clubs for us to choose from. Beach clubs usually sell day passes, and memberships, or require reservations for access.
